Position (1): Production Manager

Qualification:  Degree in Biomedical Science, Business or Engineering with at 3 Years’ Experience is Production Management

Competencies:  Quality Management, Communication Skills, Production Planning Management, Team Player with a Sense of Urgency

Nature and Scope:

You will manage the manufacturing production to ensure optimal production planning, supervision, master scheduling plans for manufacturing. You will make sure that the operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. Primarily, you will analyze production, capacity and performs materials requirements planning to determine the manufacturing processes, tools and human resource requirements. You will plan, schedule the workflow for the production department and operations according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. You are required to participate in customer meetings to ensure prompt support to the customers. You are expected to manage project timelines and commitment to ensure that the customers’ needs are met while at the same time meeting corporate objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.   Planning the sequence of assembly, installation and manufacturing operations for the production workers.

2.   Determine the status of assigned projects, expedites any operation that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

3.   Preparing production reports and issue PO to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.

4.   Plans the process for manufacture, assembly of parts, components, assemblies, etc.

5.   Ensures all parties are fully aware of production status and ensuring that the objectives are integrated & communicated.

 

Position (2) – Sale Manager

Qualification:  Degree in Biomedical Science, Business or Engineering with at 3 Years’ Experience is Sales & Marketing Management

Competencies:  Quality Management, Communication Skills, Strategic Planning, Team Player with a Sense of Urgency

Nature and Scope:

You will manage the customers’ activities associated with pre-sales and post-sales to improve the Company’s business growth. Your key contacts are the distributors, medical doctors and the government regulatory agencies. You are required to participate in customer and projects meetings to ensure prompt support to the customers. You are expected to manage project timelines and commitment to ensure that the customers’ needs are met while at the same time meeting corporate objectives and business strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.   Excellent communication skills managing distributors, buyers and engineering teams in MNCs

2.   Coordination and execution activities between the customer and the technical support teams.

3.   Play a major role in providing customers support to engineering and production team

4.   Anticipate and identify risks or changes to projects so that proactive action can be taken

5.   At least 3 years of channel sales experience in a Service or High Tech Manufacturing Industry
